Assign each chapter and alumni association to its region Section and, for chapters, its School. Once set, both auto-fill the moment that Chapter is picked on a Mandatory Notification.
Add a chapter that isn't in the list above yet. You can set its Section and School now or later from the list above.
Build out the list of Alumni Associations here — they'll then appear as checkboxes under each role above, alongside Section and Chapter.
Let a Grand Chancellor / Grand Lady Chancellor, Prime Chancellor / Prime Lady Chancellor, or Faculty Adviser act for a chapter beyond their own primary one — e.g. covering a chapter that doesn't have that officer yet. GC/Faculty Adviser get to view and sign that chapter's Mandatory Notifications; Prime Chancellor gets to file Form 1 for it too. Admin-only.
Check one entry and type the corrected spelling below to rename it, or check two or more entries that are actually the same chapter/alumni association (just spelled or abbreviated differently) to merge them into the name you type. This rewrites every activity, financial report, membership application, EAPP application, member record, and user profile that currently points at the old spelling(s).
Once a Mandatory Notification is fully signed, the Grand Chancellor / Grand Lady Chancellor can submit it by email straight from the portal. Set the default recipients and greeting used to pre-fill that email here.
This becomes the default "To:" recipient block at the top of the submission email — the Grand Chancellor can still edit it in their email client before sending.
Hide a work-in-progress tab from everyone except Admins. This applies to every signed-in user, not just this browser.
Control which modules each regional role can access. Changes take effect immediately.
Full = create, edit, submit. Read = view & download only. None = tab is hidden.

Create a new access level beyond Admin / Regional Officer / Contributor / Viewer. New levels appear when granting or changing a user's access.
Admin only. Approved, non-expired advertisers rotate every 5 seconds in the sidebar banner shown to signed-in members on every tab. They do not appear on the public landing page or sign-in screen — see Premium Advertisers below for the tier that does.
No advertisers added yet.
Admin only. A separate, higher-visibility tier — approved, non-expired premium advertisers rotate every 5 seconds in exactly three placements: the landing page's featured slot, the sign-in screen, and the signed-in dashboard sidebar. They do not appear in the regular Advertisers rotation above.
